Responsibilities:

The Quality Analyst will support CTV Digital Media by working with the team to design and execute test plans for the various online properties and achieve maximum results. The Quality Analyst will act as an advocate for our users in order to identify problems, bugs, and other issues in order to minimize the negative impacts. The Quality Analyst will work in tandem with sales, creative, and development teams to ensure the quality and stability of deliverables, with specific attention focused on those projects that have sponsorship or advertising revenue associated with them.

  • Web Site(s) functionality & usability quality assurance – pre and post release.
  • Primary owner and maintainer of bug tracking systems
  • Focus on quality of high profile projects.
  • Will become first level support for minor issues and act as an escalation point to development.
  • Bug investigating, reporting, and ongoing tracking.
  • Gatekeeper of test plans and training documentation
  • Will assist with end user training as new sites and systems are rolled out.
  • Communications.
  • Expected to work on-site in the space provided.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a variety of QA roles, process engineering & refinement
  • Excellent knowledge of the internet, web technologies and new media.
  • Able to learn quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team-orientation and problem solving skills.
  • Customer oriented skills are an asset.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize daily responsibilities with ad hoc and project-based work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Expertise with tools like Bugzilla, Test Track, etc. is required

Within the Digital Media Group, the video producer is responsible for working with clients to define the strategic plan for executing a concept, developing the story and managing continuity including but not limited to, flow and tone. The ideal candidate possess working knowledge of editing, shooting and production management in order to envision a project through to completion and is comfortable working within challenging timelines in diverse and fast paced environments. · Work with Sales, Business Development and broadcast clients to develop revenue opportunities and ratings strategies

· Prioritize opportunities according to the strategy.

· Manage budgets, licensing issues and resources for the video production team.

· Work with Sales Team to ensure micro-site sponsored content is integrated effectively into production and design schedules.

· Develop and execute an effective production schedule with critical timing and realistic targets.

· Understand the broadcast and Web properties and prioritize content needs and modifications.

· Attend weekly marketing / sales meetings & Execute hands on production.

Qualifications:

· Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.

· Proven experience building and managing an effective team - project management is a critical requirement.

· Must be able to use a pro camcorder, edit using Final Cut Pro and field produce.

· Experience with process development and formal project management methodologies are an asset.

· Must be able to work in high-energy, fast paced environment and adapt quickly to fast-changing situations.

· Must be a self starter with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in a non-hierarchical environment preferred.

· Must be comfortable working in Mac OS environment

· Must possess a valid driver's license, having a personal vehicle is preferred

· Travel required, must possess a valid passport.

Qualifications:
