| Responsibilities: | ·Direct and oversee consistency and credibility of all on air presentations. ·Provide leadership to the crew and production staff ·Supervise production of graphics and visual elements ·Develop and implement new formats and visual presentation as required ·Other duties as required | ||
| Qualifications: | ·Experience directing multi camera live studio productions ·Proven ability to direct in a fast paced environment ·Proven ability to make fast competent decisions under pressure ·Proven ability to lead a control room and studio crew ·Thorough knowledge of production and technical requirements for live broadcasts ·Excellent spelling and grammar skills ·Interest in news and current affairs ·Excellent computer skills, including newsroom systems ·Scheduling experience would be an asset | ||
