| Responsibilities: | · Track production costs · Create and maintain production schedules · Reconciling production costs with Finance department · Comfortable managing money and responsible for petty cash and imprest cheques · Arrange and coordinate film permits, street closures and PDO requests · Coordinate additional insurance requirements for efp shoots · Book and coordinate all daily feeds and facilities requirements · Ensure smooth operation and completion of all production requests · Arrange and coordinate freelance personnel and travel · Other duties as assigned | ||
| Qualifications: | · 2-5 years Production experience and interest in Pop Culture and music · Post secondary education in Broadcasting or related field is an asset · Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. · Good organizational and interpersonal skills · Experience working to deadlines and multi-tasking · Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Professional applications - excellent Excel and Access skills · Must be organized · Must be able to cope with crisis situations · Strong communication skills, both oral and written | ||
