Position:	Operations Floater – 10 month contract, CEP 723M

Salary:	Group F, Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work:	This job includes shift work (both day and night shifts). There will be some weekend work. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:	Duties include but are not limited to performing all studio and location operations functions within CTV Inc. (Queen St)  Positions include: Technical Producer Technical Director Audio Operator Camera Operator VTR/ Server Lighting/Video
Qualifications:	3-5 year’s previous experience and a proven track record in a live studio control-room position, preferably TD or Audio Practical experience in a leadership role with TV Mobile location production A practical understanding of Electrical Power A broad knowledge of television technical theory, particularly in the digital world Demonstrate good leadership qualities and have the ability to act in a supervisory/crew leader capacity when required Strong computer skills. The demonstrated ability to succeed in a crew environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well under pressure when necessary.  Post-secondary education in broadcasting will be a definite asset.
