Responsibilities: | Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs - ·Coordinate, plan and implement CTVgm-Chum tangible benefits by meeting corporate objectives, liaise with partner organizations, develop corporate recognition opportunities, prepare agreements and build positive relationships with internal departments and external partner organizations. ·Prepare and draft comprehensive CRTC reports including the CTVgm-Chum benefits report and the corporate diversity report for television and radio. ·Act as a resource to internal departments regarding CRTC complaints, CBSC complaints and ASC issues to ensure compliance with broadcast codes and advertising standards. ·Monitor internal compliance of all CTV conventional television, specialty and radio services. ·Conduct research related to the broadcast industry and stakeholder relations. ·Attend partner organization events as required. ·Track deadlines and update charts for multiple projects. ·Other duties as reasonably required by such a position. | ||
Qualifications: | · Minimum 2 years of media industry experience or equivalent training. · Post-secondary degree in a related field. · Must be able to work independently and collaborate successfully in a team environment. · Outstanding organizational and time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. · Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communications skills. · Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail skills. · Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines. · Ability to work under pressure and with sensitive information in a confidential manner. · Positive attitude, tact, diplomacy and stakeholder relations skills. · Fluency in Microsoft Office applications. · Savvy Internet research skills. | ||
