Position: Program Obligations Coordinator – 12 month contract

Location: CTV – Agincourt Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for providing a variety of duties for the Program Obligations Department. The key duties are: ·Maintaining CRTC Logs & Files for CTV Specialty Stations ·Provide various Departments with CRTC information ·Filing of monthly logs to CRTC ·Data input of various programming information ·Prepare daily & weekly reports as required ·Liaise with various departments (including Programming, Operations, Traffic and Promotions) as well as other personnel and departments throughout the Company · Other duties as required

Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively deal with internal and external clients 1-2 years previous traffic experience required Knowledge of CRTC preferred Proficient in a windows software environment including strong working knowledge of Excel Columbine/Bias/Broadview and VCI experience preferred Ability to effectively meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills and accuracy are essential
