Position: Sales Sponsorship Coordinator – 12 Month Contract

Location: CTV – 299 Queen St W, Toronto
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities: · Project management of all CP24 and CTV Specialty (ex Discovery, TSN) billboard elements: o weekly tracking of sold sponsorship inventory documents o acquiring necessary production material and assets from client (i.e. logos, visuals, taglines etc.) o liaising with various on-air promotions and Interactive departments for production of required elements o managing quality control for all materials coming in from and going out to clients o liaising with sales representatives regarding avails, bookings, and the status of any changes to their sponsorship campaigns o sending traffic instructions re proper scheduling for all in-house produced elements going to air
Qualifications: · 1-2 years of relevant experience in broadcast sales or client services. · Attention to detail and accuracy a must · Ability to manage several projects at once · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Exceptional organizational skills · Ability to prioritize and demonstrated multi-tasking, time management skills · Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision · Knowledge and experience/success in new media tactics and applications.
