| Responsibilities: | · Provide technical support for large and complex computerized environment · Differentiate and solve workstation, network and server problems · Plan and implement problem preventative mechanisms. Define criteria for problem types, severity, and escalation · Day to day operational tasks related to operation of the LAN/WAN, User support, pro-active management of the system to optimise performance and system availability ·Implement system management and operational policies as defined by IT Management ·Provide Time Critical Support for the Broadcast Operations system | ||
| Qualifications: | · 3 years experience with workstations operating in a Microsoft AD/Exchange environment. · Microsoft MCSE certification is a plus. Individual certifications for products including Windows XP, Exchange, TCP/IP are an asset · Ability to problem solve and prioritise in an enterprise company environment · Superior customer relation skills, excellent communication skills · Proven ability to provide sound and thorough follow up, professional responsibility to see a problem through to resolution | ||
