| Hours of Work: | 40 hours per week. Shift work and overtime as required. | ||
| Responsibilities: | ·Edit news elements for CTV ·On-air playback during live broadcasts when required | ||
| Qualifications: | ·Excellent editing skills, particularly on Harris ESX System ·Experience with Sony XD Cam and SX formats will be an asset ·Thorough knowledge of video and audio signals and their routing ·Awareness of important National and International News stories ·Excellent communication skills ·Good editorial skills ·Proven ability in a high stress News environment ·Must be able to work well under the pressure of tight deadlines ·Ability to work independently when assigned ·Post secondary education in broadcasting or a related field is required ·Minimum 3 years editing experience in a news environment | ||
