BRACEBRIDGE, Ont. – Darlene Cushman is now crying tears of joy.
The mother of fallen soldier Darryl Caswell was devastated when she awoke last Wednesday to find the Canadian flag, part of a makeshift memorial for her son on the lawn of her Bracebridge home, had been stolen and burned.
