Responsibilities: | · Client Services support o Support 4 Client Services Managers o Help build customized client critical path and integrated planners for Olympic Advertisers/Sponsors. o Assist with Sponsor communications o Liaise with internal Sales department to ensure media plans are entered into back office workflow systems and any changes are communicated to Client Service team and clients o Assist in the co-ordination and hosting of presentations with the Client Services team as directed · Traffic support o Track receipt of creative materials and ensure delivery to participating partners o Assist Broadcast and Digital Managers with producing reporting documents o Other duties as required | ||
Qualifications: | · 3-5 years of experience in client services support role or equivalent · Strong analytical and writing skills · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize · The individual must be eager to learn, flexible, and work well independently as well as with a team · Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills required · Proven ability with the National advertising community an asset · Excellent problem solving skills | ||
