Vancouver 2010 Olympics Winter Games – 9 month Contract

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

The client services team is committed to providing unparalleled customer service by functioning as the liaison between our clients and the various business units within the Consortium. Our Client Services Manager will perform the following activities:

· Build relationships and trust with the account(s) so as to understand their goals and to facilitate the meeting of their needs with respect to process and solutions.

· Facilitate clear, comprehensive and cohesive communication between the client and all Consortium partners.

· Assist the team in preparing the documentation required to meet the accounts’ contractual commitments.

· Work closely with the project team so as to maintain a continuous knowledge of the project in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the deliverable.

· Report to Senior Client services Manager and provide regular input on all account activity, including status and updates on a weekly basis.

· Some local travel required.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Post or the equivalent of 4-6 years of experience within a Client Services/Account Manager role.

· Minimum of 5 years broadcast and/or Media agency experience.

· Strong interpersonal, organizational, administrative, analytical, communication and time management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.

· Ability to multi-task and work well with minimal supervision.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

· Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer related interactions

· Bilingual, or a working knowledge of French an asset
