Position: Inventory Analyst, Programming - Contract

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required
Responsibilities:
This position entails the Rights Management of all Canadian Programming including tracking of runs, financials and contractual deal points
·Creating and managing an “At A Glance Report”
·Setting up tracking and reporting systems for usage of specialty programming
·Contract Processing in inventory system
·Responding to Local Canadian Shows/Local Program Requests
·Setting up reporting systems to ensure flags are set up for schedulers
·Overseeing the Funding Trigger Report
·Work closely with Program Obligations group in
· Working with Director of Program Planning to provide programming details for the Accessibility Channel
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years experience working in Broadcasting, preferably in Programming
· Previous experience in rights management an asset
· Excellent attention to detail
· Previous experience working towards tight deadlines
· Highly organized and ability to multi-task
· Advanced knowledge of Excel
· Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
· High degree of confidentiality required
· University degree or College diploma in Television an asset
