Position:	Traffic Manager –Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium - Vancouver 2010 Olympics Winter Games (9 month contract)

Salary:	Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work:	40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:	Currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Traffic Manager to add to our Client Services Team. · Liaise with dedicated Olympic Traffic team members at each Consortium Broadcast network · Work with Client’s media agencies to ensure creative is received in advance of broadcast and that all creative has proper regulatory clearance numbers, Olympic and category approvals · Provide booking instruction for all Consortium networks · Ensure that contract and copy revisions are executed in an accurate and timely manner · Advise Networks of any scheduling changes · Reconciliation of Network invoices to Client Media Plans · Other duties as required
Qualifications:	· Minimum of 7 years broadcast and/or agency experience · Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure · Must be able to work comfortably on a team as well as independently · Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills required · Strong attention to detail · Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · A highly developed client services focus and proven ability with the National advertising community
