Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience:
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.


Responsibilities:
· Working in central equipment room assisting personnel involved in recording, digitizing, editing, and outputting of commercial, promotional and program materials for all CTV Queen St services.
· Work with production teams to maintain an on-air look and deadlines.
· Ability to work with post-production and on-air broadcast operations departments to maintain CTV technical standards.

Qualifications:
·Minimum 2 years experience in a post-production tape environment.
· The effective operation and use of broadcast hardware including Sony DNW-A75 SX, audio consoles, waveform monitors, vectorscopes, and routers.
·Knowledge of all major non-linear editing products including Avid & Final Cut Pro and major post audio systems including Protools.
·Ability to thrive in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Proven problem solving skills and the ability to handle all that is involved in a fast paced post production environment.
· Post secondary education in Broadcasting or a related field.
