CTV - Traffic Coordinator (Toronto)

Position: Traffic Coordinator, CEP 723 (1 Year Contract)

Location: CTV - Agincourt
Salary: Group B or C - (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

Responsibilities:
· Maintaining contacts with agencies/clients to ensure commercial copy and instructions are received and processed on time
· Booking contracts
· Placing spots on schedules
· Timing out program segments
· Creating program formats
· Casting programs on schedules
· Printing logs and automation reports for Master Control
· Reconciling logs
· Assisting with other related duties as necessary

Qualifications:
· Three years related experience in broadcasting or advertising agency preferred
· Candidate enjoys working in a team environment
· Ability to work under pressure of constant deadlines and last minute revisions
· Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
· Must be able to work with detailed information quickly yet accurately
· Strong communications skills
· Broadcast College an asset
· Traffic systems experience an asset. (Columbine, VCI, Bias, other)
