| Responsibilities: | · Create and sell strategic, integrated sales proposals with appropriate research data, marketing and web components, for a large variety of national accounts · Maximize sales revenue for MTV and MuchMusic and other services as they are assigned within a designated sales territory · Provide quality customer service by building and managing customer relationships, both at the agency and advertiser level · Execution and follow-up servicing of all sales made · Liaise effectively with all sales support functions including Traffic, Research, Programming and Marketing · Participate in industry activities related to the position · Maintenance of detailed electronic customer service records | ||
| Qualifications: | · Ability to develop new business · Strong background in specialty and/or conventional television, with proven sales successes · Minimum of 7 years selling experience · Strong presentation and negotiating skills combined with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines · High energy, enthusiasm, motivation and confidence · Self-motivated ·Strong Computer skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel ·Problem solving and decision making skills ·Highly developed interpersonal skills · Aptitude as a motivational and enthusiastic team player · Willingness to travel, as required · Experience with RepPak an asset | ||
