| Responsibilities: | This is a huge opportunity to join one of the hottest stations in the country, with a role that puts you right in the middle of today’s pop culture. · Heading up a very active music department. Scheduling, editing, reviewing and discovering the best music available. · Actively participating in all programming meetings and assisting in executing programming initiatives. · On-Air / Live Broadcast hosting duties as determined · Attend station promotion functions · Attend announcer and general staff meetings | |||
| Qualifications: | · Minimum 1 year on air experience (Top 40 format desirable). · Enough time on the air to show that you have what it takes to be a star. · Confidence and charisma, without arrogance and conceitedness. · The ability to indentify who the target is, and perform and program to reach them consistently and constantly. · The ability to take direction and show constant creative initiative. · You can interact with the audience at live broadcasts (remotes and promotions) in a style that makes us proud. · We only want people who are driven by passion, integrity, respect, creativity and teamwork. | |||
