Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. Overtime as required.

Responsibilities: ·Responsible for all aspects of the National Copy Scheduling - Saskatchewan. Responsible for commercial copy scheduling, facility entry and media library entry Knowledge of order coding, order types, program groups, pre-emptions and mgds · Ensuring required commercial tapes are in house and dubbed and all approved numbers have been assigned. Resolve spot scheduling discrepancies. ·Liaison with Advertising Agency and Rep on order/scheduling mismatches Ensure commercial approval numbers are received for each commercial and that any special scheduling requirements are met. Knowledge of Telecaster guidelines and CTV internal guidelines required Coordinate copies of commercials and special requests as required Coordinate any late changes to master control Other duties as assigned, including backup of other department functions

Qualifications: ·Minimum 3 year of practical experience as a Clerk in Traffic, or in Broadcasting or with an advertising agency. ·Working knowledge of AS400 Columbine System, FastChannel, Mijonet, Vyvx commercial delivery systems, Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel ·Professional attitude and disposition with internal and external clients ·Must have initiative and organizational skills. The individual must be eager to learn, be flexible, and willing to help co-workers where required. ·Superior judgement, and ability to multi-task a variety of functions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize. Ability to work in a team & handle a fast pace environment. ·Positive attitude and focus on superior customer service.
