Young Professional Group Mentoring Session with Renée Reid, Special Assistant to the CEO, Citizen Schools, Tuesday, July 21, 2009, 6-8 pm


Please Note: This session is open to all UFSC Members however it may be of particular interest to young professionals who may have recently graduated from University/College or who have been in the work force for less than 3 years or who are currently considering pursuing a graduate degree such as an MBA.

Renée Reid, Special Assistant to the CEO, Citizen Schools as our second group mentor for 2009.

This will be an interactive mentoring opportunity with a question and answer period available at the end of the session.

ABOUT THE MENTORING SESSION:


Please join us as Renée discusses career and decision making in the context of her recent experience as an analyst with UBS Investment Bank, her move to a new role as Special Assistant to the CEO if a major U.S. non-profit organization, as well as catalysts and factors leading to her decision to return to Business School in the near future.


ABOUT RENEE:


Renée Reid

Special Assistant to the CEO, Citizen Schools

Renée Reid graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.E.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Business Administration in April 2007. Upon graduating from Western, Renée joined UBS Investment Bank in New York City as an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group. While at UBS, Renée worked on several M&A, equity and convertible bond offering transactions as well as coordinated the 2008 and 2009 UBS Global Healthcare Services Conference. Renée has just recently moved to Boston to work as the Special Assistant to the CEO of a prominent U.S. non-profit organization, Citizen Schools, before going to Business School to pursue a MBA.
